CONFESS

Come closer.

This is a judgment-free zone.

Mostly.

Because every romance reader has thoughts they don’t always say out loud.

The character you’ll defend even after reviewing all the evidence.

The fictional behavior you’d never tolerate in real life but somehow understand on the page.

The tiny thing in a story that irritates you far more than it reasonably should.

The moment that made you cry harder than you’d ever admit.

The opinion you type, delete, type again…

and finally decide is probably safer in the diary.

This is Confess.

A place for the funny, emotional, petty, complicated, occasionally unreasonable things that happen when we care about fictional people a little more than we planned.

No perfect answers.

No pretending we’re always reasonable.

Just romance readers opening the diary and telling the truth.

Your secret is safe with us.

Probably. 💋

Things We Might Confess

🖤 I Fight for My Favorite Characters
I saw the flaws. I read the red flags. I know what happened. Give me five minutes to explain.

💋 I Would Tell You to Leave Him. Unfortunately, I’m Staying.
Real-life me has excellent judgment. Reader me would prefer not to discuss it.

🥀 Sometimes I Don’t Want a New Story. I Want to Go Home.
There are books we reread because sometimes familiar fictional arms are exactly where we want to be.

😈 I Know It’s Coming. I Still Get Mad Every Time.
I’ve read enough romance to recognize the setup. Apparently that has done nothing for my emotional preparedness.

🖤 I Still Think About People Who Never Existed.
The book ended. My attachment did not get the memo.

💋 You Gave Him One Star. I’m Preparing My Rebuttal.
Your opinion is completely valid. Unfortunately, I have notes.

Confession received.

Whatever you admitted here stays between you, us, and everyone who reads the comments.

Your Romanceaholic membership remains in good standing. 🖤

I Fight for My Favorite Characters

Some fictional people are not open for casual criticism.
We saw the flaws, read the red flags, understood the heart and yes, we’re still prepared to defend them.
